This is a fabulous vintage Minton bone china plate marked "Manufactured for Biddle Co. Philadelphia Bailey Banks" It has a gold scroll and floral design with a gold rim and scalloped edge. Markings date these to 1902-1912. 8.85" Diameter. Handmade in LA.
