Our Policies General Policies Christmas Delivery: All orders placed now, that are being shipped outside of the New England area, will require expedited delivery. Return Policies All pillow returns must be made within 1 day of receipt of goods. They must be returned in the original packaging, clean and in sale-able condition. This includes not being exposed to allergens such as pet dander or cigarette smoke. All pillow returns must be made to the location from which it was purchased. Although we sell our product to other stores, we do not accept returns of merchandise purchased from other retailers. Proof of sale is required. All shipping costs are at customer's expense. Discounted and Sale Items are Final Sale. All non-pillow merchandise will receive web online credit only upon being returned within a 10 day period. No cash or credit card refunds.
